Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 5, 2026
TeleKyla LLC is committed to making telekyla.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This page describes what we do to support accessibility and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and clear heading structure on every page.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label icon-only controls.
- Design for sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Use responsive layouts that work at common zoom levels and screen sizes.
- Choose accessible component primitives that follow ARIA best practices.
Known limitations
Third-party services we link to — including Psychology Today, Headway, and SimplePractice — are outside our control and may have their own accessibility practices. We choose partners that publish their own accessibility commitments wherever possible.
Telehealth accommodations
If you need an accommodation for a session — for example, live captions, extra time to review paperwork, or an alternative way to complete intake forms — please let us know when you reach out and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier on this site, we'd like to hear about it so we can fix it. Please send a message or email kyla@telekyla.com. Include the page you were on and what happened, and we'll follow up within one to two business days.
