These terms govern your use of telekyla.com (the "Site"), operated by TeleKyla LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not medical advice
The Site is informational only. Nothing on it is medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and using the Site does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after an intake and signed informed consent.
In a crisis
This Site is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Eligibility and jurisdiction
Telehealth services are provided only to clients physically located in Texas or Oklahoma at the time of session, where Kyla C. Kaufman, MEd, LPC is licensed. The Site itself is available generally, but availability of services depends on your location.
Contact form
Please do not submit sensitive clinical information through the contact form. Use it for scheduling and general questions only. Anything clinical will be handled through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform after intake.
Third-party links
The Site links to booking and directory platforms including Psychology Today, Headway, and SimplePractice. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by TeleKyla LLC or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleKyla LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
