EMDR & trauma focus
Kyla specializes in trauma treatment with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they stop running the present. Her work also draws on cognitive-behavioral therapy and IFS-informed parts work for anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
As an Army Reserves veteran with 22 years in Oklahoma public education, she brings lived understanding to her work with service members, veterans, military families, students, and parents.

TeleKyla is telehealth-only — there is no in-person office. You can work with Kyla from anywhere in Oklahoma or Texas, as long as you are physically in one of those states during your session.
